We will be using FEMAs Incident Command System (ICS) to help us manage our response. Training for how the system works is provided through FEMA self study courses. We stingily suggest that you take the first four basic courses. A certificate from the Emergency Management Institute will be issued to you if you sucessfully complete the courses and the final exam.
