The September, 2014 Financial Reports were reviewed.  At the end of September, 2014, the Coalition accounts had a balance of $19,436.  A motion was made an seconded that the September financials be approved.  The motion passed unanimously.  Vicky Johnson announced that hence forth financials will be for the period ending two months prior to the date of the Coalition meeting.  This will allow time to prepare materials for the financial reports.

5.           Legislative Update

B.           Plan for the legislative session:

There was a brief discussion about the Arizona financial situation where $1 Billion is due to Arizona schools.  Carol McDermott asked that efforts be made to make schools more responsive to identify children with behavioral health challenges with these increased funds. Diane taylor suggested that this might be accomplished with increased funding to Child Fund.
